Muffin Tin Monday - St Pattys

My first Muffin Tin Monday today linking over at Another Lunch.   I have decided to look for inspiration on the theme of the week and share it with you and  make my own Muffin tin - today's theme is St Patricks (even though it was yesterday)

What I came up with....


 Sour Cream & Chives Vege Crisps (there is green on them I promise!)
Rainbow Kebabs
Pot of Gold - Corn Tubes
 Cheese and Luncheon Shamrock
Leprechaun Sandwich
Pot of Gold - Sausage Rolls
A little lacking in green and accessories I know, next time I will be more prepared!
 I def. need cookie cutters - cutting shamrocks freehand was pretty hard!
It was fun to do and Lily loved most of it = WIN!

    thanks i was pretty impressed too but secretly there was a couple of cheese and luncheon slices that didnt make the cut!
